📋 Description

• The IT Business Partner role at Howden serves as the primary link between the IT Function and the Howden Retail Consumer business, ensuring technology solutions align with business needs and drive value through governance, integration, and transformation initiatives.
• Day to day, the person will act as the main point of contact between the Consumer Pillar and IT, oversee IT changes and system integrations for acquired entities, support transformation programmes, develop technology roadmaps, drive innovation including AI exploration, ensure regulatory compliance, communicate progress to senior stakeholders, and coordinate IT delivery for strategic projects while traveling within the UK up to 50% of the time.
