- • As an IT Business Support Specialist II at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of business applications that support core title and real estate services, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering reliable, efficient solutions to customers nationwide.
- • You will provide hands-on technical support to end-users, troubleshoot application issues, conduct training, and collaborate with teams to improve system performance and user adoption—making technology work seamlessly for people who rely on it every day.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving mid-level business application issues, including configurations and minor system adjustments; conducting user training sessions on application features, best practices, and system updates; collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements; assisting in testing new application releases and updates before deployment; supporting knowledge management by documenting solutions and contributing to process improvements; applying working knowledge of organizational practices and business fundamentals; addressing moderately complex problems using experience, judgment, and established precedents while operating within broad guidelines and policies; performing as an individual contributor with limited supervision, potentially guiding less experienced team members; and performing all other duties as assigned by management.
- • You will join Stewart’s inclusive and innovative IT support team within a globally recognized real estate services leader, where your work directly enables title agents, lenders, and settlement professionals to serve clients with confidence and accuracy.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise business applications, strengthen your technical problem-solving and communication skills, gain exposure to cross-functional workflows in the title and real estate industry, and position yourself for growth into senior technical support, business analysis, or IT coordination roles within Stewart’s expanding technology organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience in business application support, IT help desk, or technical user support
- • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mid-level software issues, including configurations and minor system adjustments
- • Experience conducting user training sessions on application features, best practices, and system updates
- • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams to analyze issues and recommend improvements
- • Familiarity with knowledge management practices, including documenting solutions and contributing to process improvements
