- • As an IT Chief of Staff Consultant at TD SYNNEX Corporation, you will serve as a strategic thought partner and execution catalyst for the IT leadership team, translating complex data into clear recommendations and driving disciplined execution of enterprise initiatives to elevate IT’s maturity as a strategic business function in a fully remote environment.
- • You will design and curate enterprise-level IT scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports using Power BI to illuminate operational effectiveness, financial health, and customer experience, while synthesizing cross-functional data into compelling narratives that guide executive decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
- • You will support "Running IT as a Business" by establishing governance cadences, operational rhythms, and tracking systems for strategic initiatives, producing executive-ready presentations and multi-year strategic roadmaps for the CIO and senior leadership, and facilitating cross-functional analyses with finance, operations, and service teams.
- • You will conduct rigorous analysis of operational, financial, and performance data to uncover efficiency opportunities, forecast trends, and benchmark against industry best practices, translating complex datasets into clear visualizations and executive summaries that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
- • You will articulate the business value of IT by mapping cost drivers, revenue implications, efficiency metrics, and budget impacts to executive narratives, developing and tracking KPIs that link IT service delivery to measurable business outcomes, and collaborating with regional and global teams to drive alignment, accountability, and transparency across the IT portfolio.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT strategy, consulting, or business intelligence roles
- • Advanced degree (MBA, Business Management, or related field) highly preferred
- • Proven expertise in Power BI or similar data visualization platforms
- • Strong analytical skills with experience designing and maintaining performance scorecards or dashboards
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders
- • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, or business management
