- • As an IT Enablement Engineer at Tide Platform Limited, you will ensure a seamless, secure, and scalable IT experience across the global hybrid workforce, enabling employees to work efficiently from any location.
- • You will oversee day-to-day IT service delivery, manage infrastructure and endpoint systems (Intune, Jamf, SSO, MDM), support audiovisual equipment, manage IT asset lifecycles, and streamline onboarding/offboarding workflows in collaboration with People Ops and Security teams.
- • The IT team at Tide is the backbone of the organisation, maintaining robust and secure infrastructure, proactively resolving technical issues, and supporting a digitally driven, collaborative work environment across global offices in Hyderabad, Gurugram, New Delhi, London, Sofia, Serbia, Romania, Lithuania, Berlin, Paris, and Luxembourg.
- • In this role, you will drive automation and process improvements, participate in on-call rotations, ensure compliance with security policies, and collaborate with Engineering, Workplace, and Security teams to align technology initiatives with business goals—gaining expertise in enterprise IT operations, automation, and cross-functional enablement at a fast-growing fintech scale-up serving over 1.8 million SME members globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in IT support and operations across engineering, support, and site services at scale
- • Experience with ITIL-based processes to standardise and improve service delivery
- • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Meraki Wireless Networks, Jamf, and ITSM tools like Jira
- • Skilled in Windows and Mac device and application troubleshooting, plus G-Suite and MS-Office support
- • Experience with automation initiatives, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Github, and building clear workflows and documentation
- • Effective communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
