- • Manage corporate and merchant endpoints globally, with primary focus on macOS (corporate) and Android (merchant) devices
- • Administer enterprise MDM/EMM/UEM platforms such as Mosyle, Intune, MaaS360, Workspace ONE, or SimpleMDM to enforce device policies and configurations
- • Automate manual processes through scripting and tooling to improve scalability and reduce operational overhead
- • Deploy, configure, and maintain Android and iPadOS tablets used by merchant partners in the field
- • Manage macOS and ChromeOS laptops for corporate employees, ensuring compliance, security, and performance standards
- • Utilize automation tools including Bash, Python, Swift, or GoLang to streamline device provisioning, patching, and configuration
- • Integrate and leverage APIs to enable automation of endpoint management workflows and reporting
- • Implement CI/CD pipelines for client engineering tasks to ensure consistent and reliable deployment of device configurations
- • Stay current with industry best practices in endpoint security, device management, and enterprise mobility
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and operations to design and improve endpoint infrastructure
- • Monitor and respond to device-related incidents and support requests across global regions
- • Ensure adherence to corporate security policies through conditional access, device trust, and enrollment protocols
- • Contribute to the evolution of device management strategies for a rapidly scaling, multi-platform global workforce
- • Support the management of ChromeOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints as part of a diverse device ecosystem
- • Participate in remote team collaboration across multiple time zones and continents to deliver seamless global IT support
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years experience administering an Enterprise MDM/EMM/UEM platform (Mosyle, Intune, MaaS360, Workspace ONE, SimpleMDM, etc.)
- • 3+ years experience managing large-scale Android and/or iPadOS deployments
- • 3+ years experience managing macOS, preferably with Munki, AutoPkg, Santa, osquery
- • 3+ years experience in one or more programming languages: Bash, Python, Swift, GoLang
- • Experience using CI/CD for client engineering processes
- • Experience utilizing APIs for automation
