• • Join Doctolib's dynamic IT team as an IT Finance Engineer, playing a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our information systems across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.
• • Your mission is to implement best-in-class solutions and tools that empower our business teams, ultimately supporting healthcare professionals and millions of European users who rely on Doctolib daily.
• • You will be an integral part of the Core Finance Squad, contributing to the development of innovative products and features that significantly improve the daily lives of care teams and patients.
• • A key responsibility will be to provide robust support and operation for critical Finance systems, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Pivot, Spendesk, SAP Concur, and Egencia. This ensures platform stability and efficient handling of Level 2 & 3 incidents through the Finance Jira Helpdesk.
• • You will actively configure SAP S/4HANA and associated workflows within Pivot, Concur, and Egencia, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of our Finance teams.
• • This includes meticulous user administration and access management, always adhering to stringent security best practices to safeguard sensitive financial data.
• • A significant part of your role will involve developing functional implementations within SAP, strictly following team standards and best practices.
• • You will also maintain and develop integration flows using SAP Integration Suite and Boomi, crucial for seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• • Proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of integrations across the entire finance landscape will be essential. You will investigate interface issues, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure rapid and safe service restoration.
• • Comprehensive documentation of configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures in Confluence is expected. This structured approach to documentation will break down work into well-scoped items, ensuring predictable and efficient delivery.
• • You will foster strong collaborative relationships with Finance stakeholders across various departments, including Accounting (GL, P2P, AR), Procurement, Travel & Expenses, Corporate Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Internal Control, and Internal Audit.
• • Your ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical tasks will be vital for the success of our financial systems.
