📋 Description
- • Lead and scale a high-performing help desk team to drive service quality, automation, and seamless employee IT experiences across a growing, remote-first organization.
- • Manage day-to-day operations including ticket queue management, SLA definition, team coaching, IT onboarding/offboarding, hardware inventory, and cross-functional collaboration with Security, Engineering, and People teams.

- • Develop leadership expertise in IT service management, process automation, compliance readiness (SOC 2/SOX), and team development while directly impacting employee productivity and trust in IT infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, including 1–2 years leading or supervising a team
- • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
- • Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows environments, SaaS administration, and endpoint management
- • Experience with identity and access management tools (e.g., Okta, JumpCloud) and BetterCloud for SaaS automation
- • Ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into action to improve service delivery
