- • As an IT Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer at Serve Robotics, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM systems to secure access across the organization, ensuring compliance and enabling secure, efficient operations for a growing robotics delivery network.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and deploying IAM solutions (such as Okta), implementing SSO and MFA, integrating applications via SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect, managing user lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver), automating provisioning/deprovisioning workflows, maintaining RBAC models, conducting access reviews, enforcing least-privilege principles, supporting compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX), monitoring and responding to identity-related security incidents, maintaining audit logs, troubleshooting authentication issues, providing Tier 2/3 IAM support, developing IAM policies and procedures, and creating automation scripts using Okta Workflows, PowerShell, Python, or similar tools to improve operational efficiency.
- • You will join a team of tech industry veterans in software, hardware, and design who are collaboratively building the future of urban robotics delivery. Serve Robotics is solving real-world logistics challenges through robotics, machine learning, and computer vision, with a focus on end-to-end user experience, operating in cities like Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta, and Chicago.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IAM platforms, gain hands-on experience with cloud identity integrations, develop automation skills in scripting and workflow orchestration, strengthen your understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance (SOX, IGA, PAM), and grow your ability to influence security posture across cross-functional teams in IT, Security, HR, and business units.
