📋 Description

• Support the Information Technology function by partnering with cross-functional departments to understand business needs and help design technology-driven solutions.
• Assist in database design initiatives to improve data structure, integrity, and accessibility across organizational systems.
• Perform data analysis tasks to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement in operational workflows.
• Contribute to automation projects by identifying repetitive tasks and developing scripts or tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Participate in system optimization efforts to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience of internal applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with IT staff and end-users to gather requirements, document processes, and validate solution effectiveness.
• Gain hands-on experience with enterprise software tools, data management systems, and automation platforms used in clinical research environments.
• Document technical processes, system configurations, and solution implementations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to data pipelines, reporting tools, and internal software applications.
• Contribute to projects that improve data accessibility and support informed decision-making across departments involved in drug development and commercialization.
• Learn and apply best practices in data governance, security, and compliance within a regulated healthcare and clinical research context.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and cross-departmental discussions to understand the end-to-end drug development lifecycle and IT’s role in supporting it.
• Receive mentorship from experienced IT professionals to develop technical skills and professional competencies in a real-world CRO environment.
• Help maintain accurate records of system changes, user feedback, and project outcomes to ensure continuity and accountability.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and contribute to multiple concurrent initiatives under supervision and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel or similar spreadsheet software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Willingness to learn automation tools and scripting languages
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-technical team members
