- • Support the Information Technology function by partnering with cross-functional departments to understand business needs and help design technology-driven solutions.
- • Assist in database design initiatives to improve data structure, integrity, and accessibility across organizational systems.
- • Perform data analysis tasks to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement in operational workflows.
- • Contribute to automation projects by identifying repetitive tasks and developing scripts or tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- • Participate in system optimization efforts to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience of internal applications and platforms.
- • Collaborate with IT staff and end-users to gather requirements, document processes, and validate solution effectiveness.
- • Gain hands-on experience with enterprise software tools, data management systems, and automation platforms used in clinical research environments.
- • Document technical processes, system configurations, and solution implementations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to data pipelines, reporting tools, and internal software applications.
- • Contribute to projects that improve data accessibility and support informed decision-making across departments involved in drug development and commercialization.
- • Learn and apply best practices in data governance, security, and compliance within a regulated healthcare and clinical research context.
- • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and cross-departmental discussions to understand the end-to-end drug development lifecycle and IT’s role in supporting it.
- • Receive mentorship from experienced IT professionals to develop technical skills and professional competencies in a real-world CRO environment.
- • Help maintain accurate records of system changes, user feedback, and project outcomes to ensure continuity and accountability.
- • Adapt to evolving priorities and contribute to multiple concurrent initiatives under supervision and guidance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- • Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL
- • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel or similar spreadsheet software
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- • Willingness to learn automation tools and scripting languages
- • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-technical team members
