- • The IT Manager II – Network Infrastructure & Operations role at TruStage is critical to ensuring the reliability, security, and evolution of the enterprise network, directly supporting the company’s mission to make financial futures accessible through modern, resilient IT infrastructure.
- • Day to day, the person will lead and mentor IT teams, oversee network and infrastructure operations, manage complex projects from design to implementation, enforce security and compliance protocols, optimize resource allocation, and report on system performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

- • In this role, the individual will develop strategic leadership skills, deepen expertise in network modernization and cloud-ready architectures, drive automation and observability initiatives, and gain experience influencing enterprise-wide IT strategy while mentoring high-performing technical teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related professional work experience.
- • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- • Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure environments and leading multiple technical teams.
- • Deep expertise in areas such as server management, networking, security, storage, data center operations, cloud platforms, virtualization, disaster recovery, ITSM, or monitoring and observability.
- • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
