- • As an IT Operations Analyst at Harvey AI Inc., you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless employee experience by providing hands-on IT support in the San Francisco office, ensuring employees have the tools and technology they need to be productive from onboarding through their entire lifecycle.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting technology issues with applications, laptops, peripherals, printers, video conferencing, and networking, managing user accounts and access across Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack, maintaining IT asset inventory, assisting with meeting room tech and corporate events for hybrid meetings, and collaborating on automation, documentation, and process improvements.
- • You will join Harvey’s Business Technology (BizTech) team, which is part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI and an enterprise-grade platform, serving 1000+ customers across 60+ countries with strong product-market fit and world-class investor backing.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise IT operations, gain hands-on experience with modern SaaS tools and identity management systems, strengthen your troubleshooting and customer service skills in a high-growth global environment, and contribute to process improvements that scale with the company’s rapid expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2+ years of IT support experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- • Strong troubleshooting skills with macOS, Windows, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- • Experience with Google Workspace, Okta (SSO/MFA), Slack, and other SaaS tools
- • Strong customer service mindset—friendly, patient, and proactive—with a relentless focus on quality of experience
- • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, IP troubleshooting)
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical teams
