This includes the development and upkeep of a robust Automation Service Gateway, which will serve as the standardized mechanism for exposing and securing various services within IT Operations. This gateway is crucial for ensuring consistent access control and operational integrity. You will also be tasked with proactively identifying opportunities where automation can yield the greatest impact. This involves a deep dive into existing processes, recognizing manual workflows, and conceptualizing new, automated solutions. The development of these new processes must adhere strictly to best practices for development, rigorous testing, and seamless implementation, ensuring that the automated solutions are not only effective but also reliable and maintainable. A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration and partnership with various stakeholders across the organization. Your goal will be to work hand-in-hand with these teams to systematically replace inefficient manual workflows with scalable, compliance-driven systems.
