Reporting to the ITIL Operations Manager, you’ll assist with IT service requests, documentation, system monitoring, and process improvement initiatives. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and gain exposure to IT service management practices, tools, and workflows.
• • This role works closely with IT operations, technical services, and business stakeholders to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and well-documented.
