- • Support project financial planning, tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and portfolio financial reporting for IT and PMO initiatives.
- • Assist with resource time tracking processes, utilization reporting, and conduct data accuracy audits to ensure reliable capacity planning.
- • Prepare PMO meeting materials, maintain action logs, and support portfolio governance activities to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
- • Audit project artifacts and data for compliance with PMO policies and procedures, contributing to audit readiness and regulatory preparedness.
- • Maintain, update, and improve PMO templates, tools, and standardized documentation to enhance operational efficiency and consistency across projects.
- • Serve as the primary Smartsheet Administrator for the PMO, including setting up projects, configuring templates, building dashboards, and generating portfolio-level reporting.
- • Ensure accurate and timely financial and operational data flows between project teams and finance/PMO stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project execution with financial controls and governance requirements.
- • Identify opportunities for process improvement in PMO operations and implement standardized solutions to increase scalability and reduce manual effort.
- • Monitor project health through financial and resource metrics, providing actionable insights to project managers and leadership.
- • Support the integration of financial data with project timelines and deliverables to enable data-driven decision-making.
- • Ensure all PMO documentation and reporting adheres to internal compliance standards and external regulatory expectations where applicable.
- • Act as a point of contact for project teams regarding Smartsheet usage, template updates, and financial reporting requirements.
- • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial, resource, and project documentation.
- • Manage multiple concurrent priorities with minimal supervision, consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 2–4 years of experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis roles
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- • Strong accounting and financial management skills
- • Working knowledge of project management methodologies
- • Familiarity with Smartsheet
