• In this role, your primary responsibility will be to enhance our project coordination and execution capabilities. As our engineering team has grown significantly, the need for dedicated project management support has become paramount. You will be instrumental in ensuring our development efforts are aligned with our strategic roadmap, that resources are optimally allocated, and that potential bottlenecks are identified and addressed proactively. This is a crucial position that bridges the gap between our ambitious product vision and our engineering execution.
• You will actively participate in the strategic roadmap planning process. This involves understanding the current workload and capacity of our development teams, assessing which teams are best positioned to take on new tasks, and making informed recommendations about task prioritization and scheduling for upcoming months. Your insights will directly influence our development velocity and our ability to meet strategic objectives.
• A core aspect of your role will be to coordinate development activities across multiple teams. This requires a deep understanding of what is currently being worked on, who is assigned to each task, and where potential roadblocks or dependencies might exist. You will be the go-to person for tracking progress, identifying impediments, and facilitating their resolution to ensure smooth project flow.
• You will be responsible for monitoring the alignment of ongoing projects with the established plan, evaluating team performance against commitments, and identifying recurring process issues. Your proactive approach to process improvement will be key to enhancing our overall efficiency and effectiveness. This includes not only identifying problems but also proposing and implementing solutions to streamline our workflows.
• Effective communication is vital. You will serve as a key liaison between our Russian-speaking engineering teams and our American colleagues. This involves clearly communicating project status, answering questions about timelines and deliverables, and actively working to remove blockers that impede progress. Your ability to foster clear and concise communication across different time zones and cultural backgrounds will be essential.
• You will contribute to maintaining a high standard of quality and technical excellence within our engineering department. By ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination, you will help our teams deliver exceptional products that continue to set Fundraise Up apart in the market.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar role.
• A strong technical background, with a solid understanding of web services, JavaScript (JS), TypeScript (TS), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON). Previous experience as a developer is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in creating reports and performing data analysis using tools like Google Sheets and SQL. Ability to write simple scripts for data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, comprehensive documents and effectively coordinate teamwork.
• C1 level English proficiency, enabling confident discussion of technical topics and seamless communication with international colleagues.
