IT Project Manager

📋 Description

• • As an IT Project Manager at Serve Robotics, you will lead, plan, and execute technology projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, directly supporting the company’s mission to revolutionize urban delivery through sidewalk robots.
• • You will define project scope, manage budgets, direct cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, set priorities and deadlines, track project status, report on expenditures, and facilitate stakeholder consensus to drive successful delivery of IT software and hardware initiatives.
• • You will join a team of tech industry veterans in software, hardware, and design who are solving real-world problems using robotics, machine learning, and computer vision, with a focus on end-to-end user experience in an agile, diverse, and collaborative environment.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in managing large-scale, complex IT projects, refine your ability to optimize processes, and gain experience in building scalable project templates and lessons learned—positioning you for leadership in technology program management within a fast-growing robotics innovator.
