• • A key aspect of your role will be to facilitate critical meetings with client engineering teams, regional technology managers, and facility managers, ensuring that all identified risks are thoroughly documented, assessed, and managed effectively to prevent project derailment.
• • You will lead and coordinate project teams, including briefing field technicians, orchestrating productive meetings with both clients and internal stakeholders, and verifying that all executed work strictly adheres to the defined project scope and deliverables.
• • Financial stewardship is a significant component of this position. You will be tasked with managing billing cycles, processing invoices accurately, overseeing revenue recognition procedures, and conducting detailed financial analyses to monitor project profitability, profit margins, and resource utilization.
• • Serving as a key liaison, you will be the primary point of contact in client and internal meetings, fostering clear and concise communication across diverse teams and promptly addressing any emerging issues or concerns to maintain project momentum.
• • A solid understanding of networking technologies is essential. You must possess familiarity with network routing and switching principles, understand copper and fiber optic infrastructure, and commit to staying abreast of the latest advancements and trends in networking technology to provide informed project guidance.
• • This role operates on a remote basis, offering flexibility in your work environment.
• • You will be expected to work a shifting schedule that aligns with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) work hours, requiring adaptability and a commitment to supporting global teams.
• • You will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• • You will manage project budgets, track project expenditures, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
