• • In this position, you will be an integral part of our product team, working alongside experienced project managers to coordinate development efforts across our distributed engineering teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects align with our strategic roadmap, are executed efficiently, and meet our high standards of quality and performance. You will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating bottlenecks, facilitating communication, and driving continuous improvement within our development processes.
• • You will actively participate in the strategic planning and roadmap building process. • • Fundraise Up is built on a robust technology stack, including Node.js (Koa, NestJS), MongoDB, Webpack, Vue.js, React, TypeScript, Kafka, Bull (Redis), ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch. While you are not expected to be a hands-on coder, a solid understanding of how these technologies interact and the principles of web service development is essential for effective project management within our technical landscape.
