- • As an IT Project Manager at Motorola Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving business results by leading technology projects that support safer communities, schools, hospitals, and enterprises. Your work ensures that innovative IT solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality, directly contributing to the company’s mission of protecting people and property.
- • Day to day, you will lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure; manage schedules, resources, scope, budget, risks, and vendor relationships; facilitate team meetings and remove impediments; drive change management and communication efforts; mentor teams in Agile practices; and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and governance bodies.
- • You will join Motorola Solutions’ IT organization, a strategic partner that drives innovation and integrity across the business. The team values intellectually curious advisors who accelerate change, focus on outcomes, and creatively solve business problems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced project leadership skills, deepen your expertise in cross-functional collaboration and change management, and gain experience delivering complex IT initiatives in a global, mission-driven organization. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of professional IT experience and/or project manager experience
- • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (no sponsorship available)
- • Strong project management skills including planning, risk/issues management, documentation, and process compliance
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with active listening and facilitation abilities
- • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
