• • The IT Quality Analyst at TaskUs plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of IT support services delivered to end users, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence across technology-driven client sectors such as fintech, healthtech, and e-commerce.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting daily audits of engineers, facilitating calibration sessions, performing real-time coaching and side-by-side reviews, reviewing weekly tickets with team leads, delivering QA refresher trainings via roadshows, and submitting weekly and monthly quality reports while proactively identifying and escalating quality issues.
