- • Own the full sales cycle from first handshake to signed contract, guiding health-plan executives through discovery, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and close. You will quarterback every stage, ensuring prospects grasp how NationsBenefits’ supplemental benefits, flex cards, and engagement platforms solve real member-experience and cost-containment challenges.
- • Build and aggressively grow a qualified pipeline of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial health-plan targets. Combine outbound prospecting, warm referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships to keep 3–4× coverage against quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- • Partner daily with the VP of Account Management to prioritize strategic accounts, co-create account plans, and align pursuit strategies with enterprise growth objectives. Your pipeline intelligence will directly inform product roadmap decisions and marketing campaign themes.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Finance to craft tailored solutions spanning OTC networks, Healthy Foods, transportation, flex-spend cards, and emerging benefit categories. Translate complex regulatory requirements into compelling, ROI-focused value propositions.
- • Serve as the external face of NationsBenefits at key industry conferences (AHIP, RISE, Medicaid Managed Care Congress), webinars, and regional payer summits. Deliver thought-leadership content that positions the company as the innovation leader in supplemental benefits and fintech-enabled member engagement.
- • Drive consultative, outcomes-based selling. Use data—STAR ratings, HEDIS gaps, CAHPS scores, medical-loss ratios—to quantify impact and build CFO-ready business cases. Ensure every proposal articulates hard-dollar savings, risk-mitigation value, and member-satisfaction lift.
- • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene (Salesforce or Confluence) to deliver accurate forecasts, win-loss analyses, and competitive intelligence. Translate market feedback into actionable insights for Product and Executive Leadership.
- • Mentor junior members of the go-to-market team, sharing best practices in discovery questioning, objection handling, and executive storytelling. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- • Meet or exceed annual revenue targets while upholding NationsBenefits’ compliance standards and ethical sales practices. Your success will directly influence the company’s ability to scale and improve health outcomes for millions of members nationwide.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion both internally and in client engagements, ensuring solutions address social determinants of health and reduce disparities across diverse member populations.
