- • As an IT Security Engineer specializing in DLP and CASB Engineering at CSAA Insurance Group, you will play a critical role in safeguarding sensitive enterprise data across cloud, endpoint, and web environments by designing, implementing, and optimizing data loss prevention and cloud access security broker solutions using Microsoft Purview and Netskope platforms.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engineering and tuning DLP policies for cloud (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), endpoint, and web channels; integrating DLP and CASB controls with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms; collaborating with SOC and SIEM teams (Splunk preferred) to ensure high-fidelity telemetry and alerting; developing dashboards and automation to improve detection; leading incident response for complex DLP/CASB events; mapping controls to GDPR, CCPA, PCI, and HIPAA; delivering executive reporting; creating documentation and SOPs; conducting stakeholder training; evaluating new tools via POCs; and driving continuous improvement through trend analysis and policy optimization.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise DLP and CASB architectures, gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and Netskope at scale, strengthen your cloud security integration skills across AWS/Azure/GCP, enhance your ability to translate technical controls into business and compliance outcomes, and position yourself as a trusted advisor in data protection strategy—potentially leading to advancement into senior security architecture or cloud security leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10+ years of experience in DLP engineering, cybersecurity, or cloud security roles with proven success in enterprise-scale environments.
- • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview DLP, Information Protection, labels, classifiers, and Netskope DLP/CASB platforms.
- • Demonstrated experience engineering DLP policies, integrating with cloud applications (AWS, Azure, GCP), and supporting secure data flows across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments.
- • Deep understanding of MDCA/Defender for Cloud Apps, SIEM (preferably Splunk), log pipelines, dashboarding, and advanced troubleshooting/root-cause analysis.
- • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical DLP concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Preferred: CCSP, CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, or vendor-specific certifications (Microsoft Security, Netskope).
