- • Support the Time and Labor team in the implementation of timekeeping systems, including requirements gathering, testing, and roll-out activities.
- • Perform real-time monitoring of Time and Labor systems to ensure operational integrity and service level compliance.
- • Ensure all team processes are consistently followed in alignment with internal standards and external regulations.
- • Assist with ad hoc reporting needs related to time entry, paid time off (PTO), hours worked, and short-term leaves.
- • Monitor performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements to help teams meet established Service Level Goals.
- • Apply understanding of workforce management concepts including federal and municipal labor regulations governing time-related activities.
- • Maintain strong working knowledge of time entry systems and ensure accurate data capture and processing.
- • Collaborate across teams to resolve system issues, clarify process gaps, and support seamless client service delivery.
- • Adapt to a fast-paced environment where timely task execution and responsiveness are critical to client satisfaction.
- • Travel up to 10% as required to support client implementations or team initiatives.
- • Contribute to a culture of accountability by owning outcomes and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- • Anticipate client needs by proactively identifying potential timekeeping risks or compliance gaps.
- • Challenge existing processes to identify smarter, more efficient ways to manage time and labor operations.
- • Empower colleagues through collaboration, asking tough questions, and co-creating solutions to complex workforce management challenges.
- • Demonstrate care for work by recognizing the impact of accurate time and labor data on global workforces and compliance outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Understanding of workforce management concepts
- • Strong working knowledge of time entry systems
- • Intermediate Excel skills
- • Able to travel up to 10% if needed
- • 3 to 5 years’ experience as an analyst (preferred)
- • Working knowledge of timekeeping (preferred)
