• • As an IT Senior Project Manager for Finance at Doctolib GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's financial IT strategy across multiple European countries, including France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.
• • Your primary mission is to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects that enhance and evolve our critical financial information systems. This involves managing projects from conception through to successful implementation and post-go-live support.
• • You will be the central point of contact for various Finance teams, including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Procurement, Treasury, Consolidation, and Internal Control, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations managed.
• • A key responsibility is to collect and formalize business requirements from these diverse finance functions. You will be instrumental in prioritizing initiatives, facilitating steering committees, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders and project sponsors.
• • You will actively contribute to building and managing the Core Finance IT roadmap. This includes identifying potential projects, assessing their strategic importance, planning resource allocation, and managing budget commitments, all while adhering to Doctolib's established project management framework.
• • Your project portfolio will encompass significant process transformations and tool implementations. This includes managing ERP configurations, complex system integrations, and automation initiatives. You will lead discovery phases, oversee configuration of new modules, and provide guidance and coaching to the engineering teams involved.
• • A crucial aspect of your role will be to structure and deliver comprehensive support and training on key Finance tools. This includes systems like SAP S/4HANA, Concur, Egencia, SAP Integration Suite, and various reporting tools. You will ensure that best practices are meticulously documented and that robust reference materials are created to support configuration decisions and user adoption.
• • You will be a key driver of change management and user adoption for new tools and processes. This requires building strong, trusted relationships with Finance stakeholders at all levels, effectively translating their business needs into actionable IT deliverables, and managing any necessary trade-offs with transparency.
• • You will own your projects with a high degree of accountability, from the initial discovery workshops through to the hypercare period following go-live. This involves proactively identifying potential risks, developing and proposing effective solutions, and consistently prioritizing the user experience.
• • A unique requirement of this role is the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT. You will need a solid understanding of Finance processes to effectively challenge requirements and communicate with a wide range of individuals, from Finance VPs and accountants to developers and architects.
• • You will bring rigor and structure to your project management approach, ensuring that all projects have clear charters, documented decisions, thoroughly tested solutions, and well-trained users. You will understand that successful adoption is the ultimate measure of project success.
• • You will manage complexity with a pragmatic mindset, adeptly juggling multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities. Transparently managing trade-offs and keeping international stakeholders aligned will be essential for success.
• • The role requires you to be fluent in both French and English, with business-level proficiency in English being a mandatory requirement.
