- • As an IT Specialist at Sunrise Robotics, you will own the employee-facing technology layer end-to-end, ensuring seamless onboarding, secure device management, and uninterrupted IT experience for all employees from day one.
- • You will manage end-to-end employee equipment provisioning across Mac, Windows, and Linux devices, including procurement, zero-touch setup, and day-one readiness, while building and maintaining a centralized endpoint management solution for software deployment, policy enforcement, updates, and remote wipe capabilities.
- • You will deploy and operate an EDR solution for malware and spyware protection, manage identity and access lifecycle (including SSO and account provisioning/revocation), and resolve day-to-day hardware and software issues to keep teams unblocked through self-service resources.
- • You will own ISO 27001 endpoint compliance end-to-end, maintaining audit-ready documentation and conducting regular checks to ensure continuous security posture alignment as the company scales, working within the Digital Infrastructure team to support broader infrastructure and security goals.
- • You will coordinate infrastructure updates smoothly and minimally disruptively, while contributing to a high-impact role with direct exposure to founders and leadership, shaping IT strategy in a fast-growing robotics startup with real customer deployments across Europe.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience managing a centralized endpoint solution (Intune/Autopilot, Kandji, Jamf, or equivalent) across a multi-OS environment
- • Practical experience with EDR tooling — deploying, configuring, and monitoring endpoint protection in a real company environment
- • Solid working knowledge of identity and access management, including account lifecycle, SSO, and access governance
- • Familiarity with ISO 27001 or comparable frameworks, specifically at the endpoint and access-control layer
- • Comfortable working autonomously and owning outcomes — setting priorities, communicating proactively, and operating without close supervision
- • Clear, practical communication skills — ability to write followable runbooks, explain technical decisions simply, and keep stakeholders informed
- • Comfortable supporting users across Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems
