- • As an IT Support Specialist at Network Right Inc., you will provide essential in-person and remote technical support to employees across diverse client accounts, ensuring smooth technology operations and enhancing workplace productivity through reliable IT services.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and supporting Mac OS and Windows devices, managing physical assets like inventory and cable handling, administering identity platforms such as Okta and Google Workspace, facilitating IT equipment shipments for onboarding and offboarding, and assisting with project deployments like MDM rollouts and network configurations.
- • You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from business owners to C-suite executives, building strong client relationships while traveling to client sites for scheduled and emergency support needs.
