📋 Description

• As the IT Support Specialist (Onsite Site Lead) at Zip, you will be the primary technical presence in the NYC office, ensuring seamless operations of critical infrastructure including Zoom, conference equipment, Wi-Fi, printers, and Mac hardware/software, directly enabling employee productivity and satisfaction in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Day to day, you will provide hands-on IT support to employees in NYC and a small London satellite office, manage end-to-end laptop lifecycle logistics (provisioning, shipping, receiving, asset tracking), onboard and offboard staff including hardware and access provisioning/deprovisioning, administer cloud services like Google Workspace, Azure AD/M365, Slack, Okta, Jira, and Zoom, partner with Workplace and InfoSec teams on office changes and device compliance, and maintain runbooks and SOPs to ensure consistent, repeatable IT processes.

• In this role, you will gain deep experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure in a high-growth startup, develop expertise in cloud administration and automation, lead cross-functional initiatives with Workplace and InfoSec teams, and build scalable IT processes that support global operations — positioning you for advancement into senior IT or IT management roles within a rapidly scaling organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate IT experience
• Ability to be onsite 5 days a week in the Chelsea NYC office and lift & move equipment up to 50 lbs
• Deep understanding of computer fundamentals and hands-on troubleshooting for Mac, Windows, Kandji/Iru, Intune, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Azure AD/M365
• Experience working with remote teams and multiple offices globally using tools like Slack or Zoom
• Positive attitude and excitement for building new processes and policies in a rapidly growing organization
• Experience with automation workflows and scripting is a plus
