- • WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- • **THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE*** Must reside in New Orleans, Louisiana
- • You'll own the end-user experience for Nest's Louisiana footprint.
- • WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- • Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows/macOS/iOS, modern RMM (NinjaOne), a Notion knowledge base, Slack-based intake, and governed AI running within Nest's "traffic light" AI policy.

- • · Security fluency at the endpoint.
- • · Solid fundamentals: endpoint management, networking, and IT operations best practices, plus experience supporting hybrid and distributed teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7 years in internal, customer-facing IT operations (healthcare strongly preferred).
- • 3+ years hands-on with help desk and RMM tooling.
- • 2+ years system administration with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Intune, and Windows/macOS/iOS support.
- • Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar) used to scale a growing end-user environment, plus hands-on experience with governed AI and AI-assisted support workflows.
- • Resides in the New Orleans metro (Orleans / Jefferson Parish) and can be on-site at the New Orleans office at least weekly.
- • Strong customer-service orientation; solid grasp of endpoint management, networking fundamentals, and IT ops best practices; experience supporting distributed teams.
- • Bachelors in IT, CS, Information Systems; or equivalent experience.
