- • As our IT Systems Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of our entire IT ecosystem. Your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle of our IT assets, from procurement and deployment to ongoing maintenance, optimization, and eventual decommissioning.
- • You will be the go-to expert for managing and administering all aspects of our computer hardware, networking equipment, and essential office technology. This includes making informed decisions on hardware selection, ensuring timely procurement, setting up new devices, and maintaining the health and performance of existing systems.
- • A core part of your role will involve the meticulous management and continuous optimization of our corporate software systems. This includes not only the core applications but also the development and implementation of automations and integrations to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce manual effort across the organization.
- • You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure, ensuring that all company-issued mobile devices are securely configured, managed, and compliant with our policies. This includes deployment, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting.
- • Security will be paramount. You will be tasked with deploying and rigorously enforcing robust security policies and procedures across all IT systems and endpoints. This involves staying abreast of the latest threats, implementing best practices for cybersecurity, and ensuring our infrastructure is protected against potential vulnerabilities.
- • You will manage the entire lifecycle of user accounts and permissions, ensuring that access is granted appropriately based on roles and responsibilities, and that access is revoked promptly when necessary. This is critical for maintaining data integrity and security.
- • Providing prompt, effective, and empathetic technical support to our team will be a key function. You will be expected to troubleshoot complex technical issues, diagnose problems, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime and ensure user productivity.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration, with a proven track record of managing and maintaining complex IT environments.
- • Strong proficiency and practical experience with Okta for identity and access management, macOS for endpoint management, and G Suite (Google Workspace) for productivity and collaboration tools.
- • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network domains, with a methodical and analytical approach.
- • Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including endpoint protection, data encryption, compliance requirements, and vulnerability management.
- • Proven track record in independently managing IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology implementations, and infrastructure improvements, from conception to completion.
