  • • As an IT Systems Administrator based in India, you will play a pivotal role in the design, construction, deployment, and ongoing support of our critical IT services. Your responsibilities will extend to implementing and maintaining robust security practices, as well as responding effectively to security incidents, ensuring the integrity and safety of our digital infrastructure.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve the comprehensive management of our cloud services. This includes overseeing identity and access management, ensuring seamless communication platforms are operational, and managing various infrastructure accounts and their integrations to support our business operations.
  • • You will be instrumental in managing our corporate workstation environment, focusing on mobile device management (MDM) to ensure all devices are configured, secured, and compliant with company policies. This also extends to managing workstation security to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • • Providing exceptional IT service desk support is a key function. You will handle a wide array of requests, including managing change requests, troubleshooting technical issues, facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, overseeing equipment lifecycle management, and performing essential break/fix support to minimize downtime.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will be to help maintain and enhance our strong security posture. This involves proactively identifying potential risks, implementing preventative measures, and actively participating in the incident response process to mitigate any security breaches swiftly and effectively.
  • • You will also lend your expertise to various security and compliance initiatives, ensuring that Juniper Square adheres to industry best practices and regulatory requirements, thereby safeguarding sensitive data and maintaining trust.
  • • To further optimize our IT support functions, you will focus on streamlining helpdesk operations. This involves efficiently managing a diverse queue of tickets, addressing everything from routine access requests and user inquiries to diagnosing and resolving complex system failures, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
  • • This role requires a proactive approach to system administration, with a focus on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT infrastructure. You will be a key point of contact for technical support and system management, contributing directly to the operational efficiency and security of Juniper Square.
  • • You will be expected to stay abreast of emerging technologies and security threats, continuously seeking ways to improve our IT systems and processes. Your ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities will be crucial for success in this role.
  • • The role also involves being on-call as needed, ensuring that critical IT systems are supported around the clock and that any urgent issues are addressed promptly, regardless of the time.
