- • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support via Slack and internal ticketing systems, responding to technical issues and ensuring timely resolution
- • Manage end-to-end user onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning accounts through Okta and managing software licenses via SaaS administration tools
- • Administer and maintain core business applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, and other critical SaaS platforms to ensure seamless daily operations
- • Oversee macOS device lifecycle management: procure, configure, deploy, and track company-issued hardware using Jamf for inventory and compliance
- • Implement and uphold security protocols for SOC 2 and GDPR compliance, including access control reviews, audit preparation, and data handling procedures
- • Proactively identify inefficiencies in IT workflows and recommend scalable solutions for tools, processes, or automation to support company growth
- • Maintain and contribute to internal documentation and knowledge bases to enhance self-service capabilities and reduce repetitive support requests
- • Collaborate with the broader IT team to align IT operations with organizational goals, particularly around security, compliance, and user experience
- • Assist in auditing system access logs, validating user permissions, and ensuring adherence to least-privilege principles across all platforms
- • Support the scaling of IT infrastructure by evaluating new technologies, standardizing configurations, and optimizing deployment pipelines for new hires
- • Participate in incident response and resolution for system outages, access failures, or security alerts related to IT systems and user accounts
- • Ensure all IT assets are properly labeled, recorded, and reconciled within asset management systems to maintain accurate inventory records
- • Act as a bridge between technical systems and non-technical employees, translating complex IT concepts into clear, actionable guidance
- • Stay current on best practices in IT operations, cybersecurity, and SaaS management to continuously improve service delivery
- • Contribute to the development of standardized operating procedures for IT support, device management, and compliance-related tasks
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- • Proficient with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Apple device management (Jamf preferred)
- • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and prioritizing multiple IT tasks
- • Security-first mindset with understanding of access controls and audit trails
- • Experience with or interest in supporting compliance frameworks like SOC 2
- • Strong communication skills and passion for improving end-user technology experiences
