- • As an IT Workplace Technology Engineer at Tide Platform Limited, you will be instrumental in shaping and advancing our global endpoint and workplace technology ecosystem. This pivotal role is centered on delivering a secure, scalable, and seamless employee experience by taking the lead in the design, deployment, and optimization of our device management solutions, collaboration platforms, and security-integrated tooling.
- • You will operate at the critical intersection of IT, Security, and Employee Experience, ensuring that our digital workplace is not only robust and efficient but also meticulously aligned with Zero Trust principles. Your expertise will be key to maintaining a secure and productive environment for all Tideans.
- • A core responsibility involves the administration and comprehensive lifecycle management of Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, including industry-leading solutions like Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro. You will support and manage diverse operating systems such as macOS, Windows, and mobile environments, ensuring all devices are compliant, secure, and up-to-date.
- • You will also be responsible for managing and enhancing our enterprise collaboration and productivity tools. This includes overseeing platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and the Atlassian suite, ensuring they are integrated, functional, and optimized for team collaboration and efficiency.
- • A significant aspect of the role is the implementation and maintenance of advanced endpoint security controls. Working in close partnership with the InfoSec team, you will deploy and manage solutions such as Device Trust, Network Trust, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Secure Web Gateways (SWGs) to safeguard our digital assets.
- • You will own and drive the evolution of our corporate wireless network infrastructure. This encompasses the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of office Wi-Fi environments to ensure reliable and secure connectivity for all employees.
- • Architecting and implementing automation and configuration management solutions using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools will be a key function. This will enable us to scale our device and policy management efficiently and consistently.
- • You will integrate and manage identity and access workflows with critical platforms like Okta. This ensures secure authentication processes and the implementation of context-aware access controls, further strengthening our security posture.
- • A crucial part of your role will be defining standards and driving consistency across the organization for device provisioning, compliance checks, software patching, and user onboarding and offboarding processes. This ensures a standardized and efficient IT experience for all employees.
- • You will serve as the technical lead for various workplace IT projects, providing guidance and mentorship to other team members. Furthermore, you will act as the final escalation point for complex endpoint-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges, minimizing disruptions, and ensuring uninterrupted access to essential resources. Your contributions will directly impact the productivity and security of Tide's global workforce.
