📋 Description

• Join Strada, a global leader in people, payroll, and technology solutions, as an Italian Payroll Delivery Manager to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations for clients across 180+ countries.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and calculating payroll in SAP HR, managing personnel data, resolving payroll and HR issues escalated from Tier 1 or HR Business Partners, advising clients on Italian employment law, acting as a key SAP HR user, preparing reports, and maintaining strong client relationships through daily communication.
• You will be part of a dynamic, international team at Strada that values innovation, accountability, and collaboration, supporting clients in optimizing workforce performance through cloud-based technology and people-first solutions.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Italian payroll legislation and SAP HR, develop advisory and client management skills, contribute to process improvements, and grow within a global organization that invests in continuous learning and career advancement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of Italian payroll legislation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
• Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines
• Experience with SAP HR or other HR systems is a plus
