- • As an Ivantage Inside Sales Agent Specialist at Allstate, you will play a key role in helping prospects become customers by engaging them through inbound and outbound calls using a consultative, relationship-based sales approach.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include assessing customer needs, recommending tailored commercial insurance solutions, building trust and long-term relationships, and successfully converting leads into new Allstate customers while meeting or exceeding individual sales performance and customer satisfaction goals.
- • You will work remotely from home, managing multiple screens and systems independently in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of results and being accountable for your performance.
