- • The Ivantage Relationship Management Senior Consultant II is a highly visible, strategic individual contributor role responsible for managing key personal lines carrier relationships, with a primary focus on Florida insurance markets. This role supports the day-to-day and long-term success of assigned partners while serving as a trusted representative of Ivantage in interactions with senior carrier leaders, internal sales teams, and agency partners.
- • Day to day, the Senior Consultant II leads carrier calls, participates in strategic planning discussions, resolves issues, identifies growth opportunities, and acts as a single point of contact for carrier and program management. They conduct financial and product due diligence, lead contract negotiations, monitor carrier performance using data analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with agency needs.

Operating as a large brokerage across personal and commercial lines, Ivantage has expanded its focus on Florida, a significant and growing market, making experienced relationship leadership essential to its continued success.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in Florida’s insurance market, enhance executive presence and negotiation skills, drive data-informed decisions, and gain exposure to senior leadership. They will have the opportunity to shape carrier partnerships, influence product availability, and contribute to Ivantage’s growth while building a trusted reputation as a subject matter expert.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in insurance, relationship management, product, procurement, consulting, or contract-focused roles
- • Experience working with carrier partners, agencies, or regulated insurance markets, with Florida market experience preferred
- • Strong analytical and Excel skills, including ability to use pivot tables and translate data into business decisions

- • Compensation range of $68,500.00 - $115,600.00 annually based on experience and qualifications
