• • As a Java Software Engineer specializing in AI, you will play a critical role in training large language models (LLMs) to generate production-grade code by evaluating, refining, and providing expert feedback on AI-generated Java code snippets.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include comparing and ranking multiple code outputs, identifying and correcting logic errors, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities, and providing detailed written explanations justifying your evaluations to improve model behavior through reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
