• • As a JavaScript Integration Engineer on the Customer Data Integrations team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the e-commerce experience for millions of shoppers. Your primary focus will be on developing sophisticated monitoring tools that guarantee the reliability and high quality of integrations with Constructor's platform. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance for our clients.
• • You will act as a key technical partner to our customers throughout their onboarding and integration journey. This involves providing expert guidance, conducting detailed technical discussions, and engaging in hands-on collaboration to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.
• • A significant part of your responsibility will be to build and maintain internal tools that enhance visibility into customer integrations. This includes developing dashboards, monitoring systems, and data visualization tools that proactively surface data quality issues and integration health metrics, enabling swift resolution of potential problems.
• • You will be instrumental in evolving our event tracking mechanisms. This involves ensuring the collection of data is both reliable and scalable, which is fundamental to the performance and accuracy of our AI algorithms. Your work will directly impact the intelligence and effectiveness of our platform.
• • Improving our existing documentation, training materials, and developer resources is another key area. This effort will benefit both our external customers, by providing them with clear and comprehensive guidance, and our internal teams, by standardizing best practices and knowledge sharing.
• • You will provide asynchronous support to customers by meticulously troubleshooting issues, reviewing their implementation details, and rigorously validating data quality. Proactive monitoring of integration health will be a continuous effort to prevent disruptions and maintain optimal performance.
• • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with other integration-focused teams to identify recurring integration challenges. By understanding these patterns, you will develop and implement scalable solutions that address these issues systematically, improving the overall integration process for all customers.
