- • As a Field Service Engineer at Agilent Technologies, you will be responsible for the installation, operation training, and acceptance testing of GC, GC/MS, LC, and LC/MS analytical instruments at customer sites across Japan.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing equipment validation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of instruments, and supporting the promotion of related consumables and accessories.
- • You will join Agilent’s global Services & Support team, a trusted partner in scientific innovation, dedicated to ensuring optimal performance of analytical solutions for research, clinical, and industrial laboratories.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in analytical chemistry systems, enhance your customer-facing communication skills, and gain experience in a dynamic, remote-first field service environment with opportunities for professional growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (junior college or above).
- • Valid driver’s license required for travel to customer sites.
- • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an engineer or user with GC, GC/MS, LC, or LC/MS analytical instruments.
- • English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 500 or higher, with comfort in reading technical documentation and communicating in English.
