- • Join Precision Medicine Group’s Clinical Trial Management team as a Clinical Trial Manager, where you will lead and manage clinical teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of clinical trials that bring lifesaving treatments to patients.
- • Day to day, you will oversee site feasibility and selection, start-up activities, clinical planning, subject enrollment, monitoring execution, regulatory documentation, data cleaning, and close-out, while mentoring team members and presenting at sponsor meetings.
- • You will be part of a close-knit, passionate team dedicated to patient success, operating in a culture that values quality, collaboration, and employee growth within a mission-driven organization focused on improving patient outcomes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in clinical trial leadership, strengthen your ability to manage complex timelines and risks, and grow into a trusted leader who drives process improvements and mentors others in a dynamic, impactful environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in a science or health-related field
- • Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience with significant clinical monitoring experience; preference for 2+ years of CTM experience at a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech company
- • Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various EDC and eTMF systems
- • Demonstrated ability to manage study timelines, identify risks, and communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders
- • Availability for domestic and international travel, including overnight stays
