• • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries about policies, billing, and coverage; preparing and issuing certificates of insurance, binders, and endorsements; processing policy changes, renewals, and cancellations; gathering underwriting information; maintaining accurate client files; supporting quality control; assisting with submission preparation; and tracking renewal timelines to ensure timely documentation.
