- • As Director of Advisory - AI Adoption & Change Management at phData, you will lead the enterprise-wide adoption of agentic AI, LLM-powered solutions, and modern data platforms, directly impacting revenue, customer satisfaction, and market positioning by bridging the gap between AI innovation and real-world organizational change.
- • Day to day, you will lead pre-sales engagements including discovery and executive workshops, own pipeline development for adoption offerings, serve as executive sponsor on key AI and data adoption programs, oversee change roadmaps and stakeholder strategies, coach technical and change teams, build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite clients, track adoption KPIs, and create thought leadership frameworks and reusable assets for AI adoption.

- • In this role, you will shape the AI adoption practice, mentor a bench of change management practitioners, define long-term talent strategy, contribute to practice strategy and delivery governance, and champion a 'run on AI / deliver with AI' culture, driving both customer value and internal capability growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in management consulting or advisory with deep exposure to enterprise transformation programs
- • 7+ years leading organizational change management for technology transformations including AI/ML, data platforms, cloud migrations, and digital product rollouts
- • Hands-on experience driving adoption of AI, LLM, or advanced analytics solutions such as AI copilots, agentic workflows, or self-service analytics
- • Proven track record owning or influencing sales: discovery, solution shaping, executive proposals, and closing large consulting deals
- • Demonstrated ability to oversee complex, multi-workstream programs as engagement leader, balancing delivery quality, scope, and financial performance
- • Deep familiarity with change management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, ACMP) and experience tailoring them to AI and data contexts
