• • The Member Services Associate, Accounts role at Atlas Computing Inc. is a member-facing position responsible for delivering exceptional, white-glove support to high-value cardholders, ensuring seamless account servicing and anticipating member needs before they are voiced.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries, managing inbound and outbound communications via Zendesk, Slack, Gmail, and Core Credit systems, troubleshooting billing and credit issues, collaborating with credit operations and lifestyle teams, and maintaining high-touch, empathetic service while tracking service requests efficiently.
• • Atlas Computing Inc. is a Y Combinator-backed fintech building a modern alternative to Amex Centurion, offering a concierge charge card that provides access to luxury dining, travel, and lifestyle experiences for high-spending individuals and companies, with a lean, senior team drawn from Apple, Robinhood, Rimowa, and other industry leaders.
