- • The Stars Program Delivery Lead strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members, or market leadership toward value-based relationships and improved quality metrics, directly impacting Star ratings and healthcare quality outcomes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with analytics teams to develop and deliver solutions, conducting data analysis to identify improvement opportunities, auditing data collection processes for compliance and quality, and engaging stakeholders to anticipate challenges and drive action.
- • The role operates within Humana’s healthcare organization, supporting the Stars program which focuses on quality performance for Medicare Advantage plans, working remotely with potential hybrid options near Louisville.
- • The individual will deepen expertise in HEDIS measures, develop strategic program management skills, lead cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to measurable improvements in healthcare quality and Star ratings.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- • 7 or more years of operations, program management, and/or strategy experience
- • 2+ years of Medicare Stars and HEDIS knowledge or experience
- • Proficiency in interpreting data trends and applying insights to operations
- • Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms
- • Strong organizational and time management skills
