- • As Manager, Training & Sales Enablement at Airwallex, you will play a critical role in accelerating growth across Hong Kong and East Asia by designing and delivering high-impact enablement programs that directly support commercial teams in executing go-to-market strategies for core and new products.
- • You will partner with Commercial and Revenue Strategy leaders to identify high-leverage initiatives that improve sales execution, accelerate time-to-productivity, and drive revenue growth through data-informed training, content development, and operational rhythm.
- • Day to day, you will translate GTM priorities into actionable enablement programs, including onboarding, product training, and sales readiness initiatives that align with commercial goals and enhance rep effectiveness.
- • You will lead the design and rollout of scalable content, AI-powered tools, and systems in collaboration with Revenue Operations to improve deal velocity and ensure consistent execution across the sales funnel.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the commercial operating rhythm by managing SKOs, training cadences, feedback loops, and performance analysis to surface gaps and inform coaching efforts.
- • You will analyse funnel performance and sales data to identify enablement priorities, measure program impact, and guide continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.
- • You will work within the Strategy & Operations team, a collaborative group of analysts, strategists, and operational experts who leverage data and sharp problem-solving to translate vision into action and optimise processes at scale.
- • You will contribute to Airwallex’s mission of building the global payments and financial platform of the future, working alongside over 2,000 innovators across 26 global offices in a mission-driven, high-impact environment.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in fintech enablement, scale your impact across GTM functions, and grow your leadership in commercial operations by driving measurable improvements in sales performance and team productivity.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape enablement strategy from the ground up, influence product launches and market entry, and build scalable systems that support Airwallex’s rapid expansion in HK & East Asia.

- • Strong track record of building and executing programs that support go-to-market strategy and improve sales effectiveness.
- • Exceptional communicator – written, verbal, and in-person – with the ability to deliver training, influence stakeholders, and align cross-functional teams.
- • Highly organised, able to manage multiple work streams with precision and clarity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- • Strong foundation or keen interest in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Payments.
- • Experience in enablement, new product launches, and market entry initiatives.
- • Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution and content excellence.
