- • Join the world's largest HVAC company, named by Forbes as one of America's Best-In-State Employers 2025, as a Journeyman Chiller Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment including chillers, rooftop units, split systems, and boilers.
- • Perform service, inspection, and testing of HVAC systems; repair and replace defective components; conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns; lead retrofit projects; mentor apprentice technicians; and maintain accurate records of billing, inventory, and timecards.
- • Work with a global leader in HVAC innovation that emphasizes safety, sustainability, and employee development, providing opportunities to work on cutting-edge intelligent equipment and participate in regional training programs.
- • Develop advanced technical skills in diagnostics, pipefitting, brazing, and system optimization while gaining experience in warranty service, customer education, and compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of related HVAC experience with increasing responsibility, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Accepted as a Journeyman by a recognized union
- • High School Diploma or GED, plus technical school HVAC certification or equivalent
- • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- • Required local licenses or training certificates as mandated by jurisdiction
