- • Install, maintain, and service electrical infrastructure including poles, solar panels, batteries, and camera systems across diverse customer sites throughout Washington State
- • Perform all electrical scope work in full compliance with Washington State and local electrical codes, ensuring licensed electrical installations
- • Install, align, and calibrate LPR cameras, PTZ systems, solar equipment, and external battery systems in outdoor and public environments
- • Conduct approximately 50% installations and 50% maintenance activities across residential, commercial, and public infrastructure locations
- • Work on public and private roadways, customer facilities, and varying outdoor environments, often under changing weather conditions
- • Safely operate ladders, lifts, and bucket trucks to perform work at heights up to 30 feet
- • Use hand and power tools to install conduit, perform low-voltage wiring, execute electrical tie-ins, and troubleshoot system failures
- • Conduct onsite customer surveys to assess installation requirements and discuss technical options
- • Interpret traffic control plans, site drawings, and permit documentation to ensure compliance and operational accuracy
- • Track inventory, receive equipment shipments, and submit installation documentation and photos via internal field applications
- • Maintain a safe, professional, and code-compliant work environment at all job sites
- • Adapt to dynamic schedules and shifting deployment priorities, often with short notice and overnight travel
- • Drive company-provided Sprinter vans and bucket trucks to job sites across Washington State
- • Collaborate with field operations teams to meet project timelines and ensure high-quality deployments
- • Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory standards while performing physical labor in field conditions
- • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, site managers, and internal teams during installations and maintenance visits
- • Manage personal tools and equipment, ensuring proper care and reporting of any damage or loss
- • Remain flexible to extended deployments, weekend work, and occasional Saturday travel for project completion
- • Utilize basic computer and mobile applications to log work, track time, and submit required documentation
🎯 Requirements
- • Active Washington State Journeyman Electrician license required
- • Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- • Experience in electrical, low-voltage, construction, telecommunications, or similar field deployment environments preferred
- • Ability to work independently across varying job types and customer environments
- • Comfortable driving company vans or bucket trucks
- • Basic computer and mobile application skills with willingness to learn new technologies
