- • As a Junior Area Manager at Dyson Limited, you will serve as the central contact for retailers in the Bayern/Hessen region, driving sell-out performance and brand visibility through strategic retail marketing and partnership management.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing retailer relationships, planning and executing marketing strategies, overseeing point-of-sale presentations, training retail staff, analyzing competition, and leading specialist consultants in your region.
- • Dyson Germany, based in Cologne, has been active in the German market since 1998 and is responsible for national distribution and marketing of innovative technology products, backed by a global workforce of over 13,000 including 3,000 engineers.
- • In this 12-month fixed-term role, you will gain end-to-end experience in retail marketing, budget responsibility, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with key account management, internal sales, and marketing teams—building expertise in premium consumer goods and trade marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/sales or comparable training
- • Professional experience in sales and/or (trade) marketing, ideally in technical consumer goods
- • High affinity for technology and experience marketing premium or luxury consumer goods
- • Very good knowledge of German and English, residence in the sales region, and willingness to travel within the region
- • Strong communication, sales, analytical, and presentation skills with a customer-focused, independent working style
