📋 Description

• Support and enhance the growth of internal finance processes by improving system efficiency across Adyen’s global finance technology stack.
• Assist in the delivery and testing of finance system projects, including evaluations and global rollouts of new tools such as Workday Financials, Workiva, Omnea, Coupa, and HighRadius.
• Administer and maintain core finance systems, including Workday, ensuring seamless operation for global finance teams.
• Collaborate with Controlling, Accounting, and Finance Operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities and align regional needs with global standards.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement teams globally to understand system requirements and deliver proactive technical support.
• Work alongside Integration Specialists and finance stakeholders to co-develop new automation solutions and system integrations.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption across departments.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and system accuracy by meticulously reviewing all system changes and configurations.
• Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach to identifying and implementing automation opportunities while considering downstream dependencies.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives by translating business needs into technical requirements for finance systems.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through mentorship and training provided by the Finance Systems team.
• Ensure all system updates and enhancements are tested thoroughly before deployment to minimize operational risk.
• Act as a liaison between finance teams and IT to bridge gaps in understanding and drive system adoption.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations for system improvements.
• Apply an analytical mindset to troubleshoot system issues and propose scalable solutions for recurring finance process challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Systems/Technology
• Clear communicator with ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences
• Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset
• Pragmatic and innovative approach to automation and process improvement
• Detail-oriented with focus on system integrity and quality
• Experience managing and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders
