📋 Description

• • Support the delivery and coordination of food safety consulting services and project teams across Germany, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• • Assist in organizing service deployment, scheduling activities, and managing project logistics to meet client expectations and internal targets.
• • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting the preparation and execution of project proposals and maintaining strong client relationships.
• • Build and maintain partnerships with third-party entities such as laboratories, suppliers, and certification bodies to ensure seamless service delivery.
• • Monitor and manage delivery-related costs including travel, materials, and external services to support financial performance and budget adherence.
• • Assist in processing budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments for consultants and third-party vendors in coordination with finance teams.
• • Support sales enablement and cost accounting processes by providing operational data and insights to commercial and finance departments.
• • Contribute to the management and optimization of digital systems, including reporting dashboards, project tracking tools, and customer data platforms.
• • Collaborate with global operations teams to support cross-border consulting initiatives and ensure alignment with international standards.
• • Provide technical and operational support during project preparation and execution at both national and international levels, including travel and on-site coordination as needed.
