Jr. IT Support Specialist

📋 Description

• • Provide frontline IT support to internal users by resolving tickets related to hardware, software, and access issues across Microsoft 365 cloud tools including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• • Manage and fulfill identity and access management (IAM) requests for both internal business applications and external Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems used by partner medical practices.
• • Coordinate with external IT departments at medical practices to obtain software installers, verify connection requirements, and resolve access-related technical issues.
• • Install and troubleshoot VPN clients, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) clients, and practice-specific software provided by external vendors to enable EMR access.
• • Support user onboarding and offboarding processes by provisioning and deprovisioning system access across internal platforms and external EMR environments.
• • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely and accurate provisioning of EMR access for providers and staff.
• • Document standard operating procedures, troubleshooting steps, and recurring technical issues to improve knowledge sharing and team efficiency.
• • Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to senior IT team members and follow up to ensure resolution and closure.
• • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive healthcare data and user access credentials.
• • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and related software to communicate, track, and document support activities.
• • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• • Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they impact user productivity.

• • Assist in the setup and configuration of company-issued technology for new hires and existing employees as needed.
• • Contribute to building a scalable and secure IT infrastructure that supports Vytalize Health’s growth in value-based healthcare.
